I'm an ELLIS PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, supervised by Prof. Bernhard Schölkopf, Prof. Fanny Yang, and Prof. Amartya Sanyal. Prior to this, I completed an M.S. in Statistics at ETH Zürich and a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics at Nanyang Technological University.

I am interested in trustworthy machine learning, with a focus on privacy. My work follows three directions: quantifying privacy risks and guarantees across the entire learning pipeline; designing algorithms that provide differential privacy guarantees without hurting the model's other requirements, such as accuracy, fairness and alignment; and making sure people can delete their data effectively and efficiently, even after a model is deployed.
